The Reason Why The 2,400 cc Odyssey Engine Is Still Used

The turbo engine variant will probably become a part of Odyssey's history in the future. But not now, the Honda Odyssey face lift was first launched this March. A series of refreshments appear on the exterior and interior of the premium MPV.

Despite the many changes to the exterior, in fact Honda did not innovate in meaning and still maintained the 2,400 cc Earthdream K24W engine that was also used in the previous model. This i-VTEC engine is capable of pouring 175 hp / 6,200 rpm and a torque of 225 Nm / 4,000 rpm. It's just that there is one annoying question, why is this MPV not equipped with a turbo engine option like the CR-V or Civic?

Honda Odyssey is only available in one. engine variant. Even in his home country, the same is true.
Don't speculate on a turbo engine in Odyssey unit, but that's not something that is unlikely in the future, given Honda's engine technology has a tendency towards turbo engines. While the use of the existing natural aspiration engine is considered adequate and still able to provide good competition for Honda Odyssey.
